We are hands-on in selecting the perfect resources for our clients. We evaluate both functional and technical skill sets, as well as, personality fits. We are also dedicated to finding local qualified candidates to fill most project administrator positions.
Resource Training and On-boarding
We provide hands-on training and mentoring to our project support staff. This ensures complete competency, knowledge of methodology, job preparedness and ease of transition.
We offer three levels of PA Support to fit the need of any size project. All of our Project Administration Support services come with the PM Smart Tools© Kit:
L1 Project Administration– Designed to minimize the administrative tasks that typically burden the project manager. This service can be via remote support or site visits as established by the management team.
L2 Project Administration– Designed to assist a Project Management Office or Senior Project Director coordinate the efforts of a large and/or complex project team. This service includes a more hands-on Project Administrator that can provide both onsite and remote support.
L3 Project Administration– Designed to assist a Senior Project Manager with the management of the project. We provide a Junior Project Manager that is hands-on with the project team and client team to ensure that the progress of the project is managed and reported to senior management on a timely and consistent basis. Our Junior PM’s are PMI certified and provide onsite project support.
